Demographic, lifestyle, and reproductive determinants of serum anti-Müllerian hormone levels in adult women of reproductive age in Ilorin, North-Central Nigeria

Abstract Background Anti-Müllerian hormone is a dimeric glycoprotein produced by the granulosa cells of preantral and small antral follicles ovaries. It reliable biomarker ovarian reserve, ageing, response in management women with infertility. However, there are few studies on determinants serum anti-Müllerian Nigerian women. This study aimed to investigate among adult reproductive age. The was hospital-based cross-sectional involving 161 age attending gynaecology clinic immunisation tertiary hospital. Baseline characteristics were collected using semi-structured questionnaire. Serum quantified enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
